Our team of experts have been involved in projects and senior management positions in organizations based in India, Israel, Turkey, Romania, Portugal and the Americas. We have gained experience in a wide range of industries and business environments including; Retail, Distribution & Trade, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Pharmacuticals, Project oriented operations (construction, infrastructure, defense industries), Travel and Financial services.
Itai Spier:
Itai is an Analytical Strategist rapidly identifying opportunities and challenges in markets and processes.
From the shelves of a warehouse to the boardroom and IPO roadshow, Itai leads value creation at all levels of the organization.
For more than 15 years, he has gained professional and managerial experience in various disciplines including Retail & Supply Chain management, Commerce & Trade, Operations, Commercial law, Finance, HR and Marketing.
He established Spring in 2007, and on its behalf was part of the Goldratt Consulting team of Viable Vision Experts.
Prior to that he held senior managerial positions in the Israeli retail industry, in which he also led 2 IPOs at the Tel-Aviv stock exchange and held professional positions in the Israeli capital market. Itai holds an MBA from the Fontainebleau campus of INSEAD, and a LLB from the Faculty of Law in Tel-Aviv University.
Dani Omri:
Utilizing the Socratic method, Dani is a peacemaker-Change Agent, leading improvement initiatives in organizations.
With more than 25 years in business management, he gained his "C-level" hands–on experience in the Food, Agriculture and Plastic industries. For more than 15 years, Dani has implemented TOC as a manager and a consultant in a range of industries and countries.
Dani has worked closely for several years with the late Dr. Eli Goldratt, inventor of the Theory of Constraints and, together, have effectively implemented Dr. Goldratt's latest developments of TOC including "The Viable Vision Strategy&Tactic projects" globally. Dani today is operating as a senior expert of TOC implementations worldwide.
Dani holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he also lectured on market research and entrepreneurship, and holds degrees in Biology and Education.
